- a feeling of wanting to run away

- confusion
- panic/anxiety
It is common to feel these responses to loss as well as others
that may not be mentioned here.
What can be done to reduce the pain and stress of loss and life pressures/transitions?
- Talk about it.
- Join a support group.
- Write about it.
- Treat yourself to stress reducing activities (Reiki, massage, sports)
