Trisha is a respected and well known member of 
the Durham Region community.
 
After completing her Bachelor of Arts Honours in Humanities at York University, Trisha went on to become a Worker for Homeless Youth, a Family Advocate, a Palliative Hospice Volunteer then a Bereavement Services Coordinator for a local Hospice.  She has over 15 years of clinical social work experience.  She is a sensitive, giving counselor who strives to be authentic with her clients. 
 
Her philosophy is 'you already have the answers', she will help you ask the right questions. 
 
It is about companioning you on your journey.
 
Trisha is comfortable working with children, youth and adults.
 
Also a Reiki Practitioner and creative artist, Trisha utilizes both of these modalities to assist the healing process.
